I had Josh install a new water heater today and really cant say enough about how kind and great he is to work with. He did a great job and we’ll call this company again if need be for repairs. Pricing was extremely fair and much lower than others in town for the same product. Thank you again!

After waiting a week for another plumbing company, and then having them show up but unable to access the leak he figured out under the house (the young second guy who was supposed to go under the house never replied to the older first guy), I gave up. I called Van Allen Plumbing and they had two guys at my house in two hours. They then got to work and fixed two leaks under the house in about an hour, cleaned up and left. They were a great team and the cost was over $100 less than the first company quoted. I am one very satisfied customer. Thank you, Van Allen Plumbing!

Van Allen has been the most reliable, reliable, friendly and honest contractor I’ve used in Reno. Wallace and Roman have help us out of a few plumbing emergencies over the years and have always done a great job. Their texts to inform you when your plumber is arriving has been handy to. The plumbing technician was named Josh and he did a wonderful job and he was very pleasant and he came in and he got it done. It was so easy. I just placed a phone call to him rather than having to be put on a schedule and I was able to get the work done today because my faucet was leaking so you were definitely the person. Van Allen Pumbing provided good service in a warm and professional way. Great communication before and during the maintenance on our tankless water heater. Josh was really good. We appreciated such nice customer service.

This was the BEST experience. Our water heater went out last night and two plumbers from Van Allen came out at 10 o'clock this morning to replace the whole unit, finished in under an hour and a half, and were so nice and considerate of my home. Definitely recommend them for emergencies and will be using again in case of future emergencies as well.
